Ecco un’altra idea molto semplice e veloce per rispondere a dolcetto e scherzetto! Si tratta di brownies a forma di bara, decorati con del cioccolato bianco. Come vedete, ci siamo impegnate!

Ingredienti
- 100 g di cioccolato fondente
- 50 g di cioccolato al latte
- 100 g di burro
- 100 g di farina
- 150 g di zucchero a velo
- 20 g di cacao amaro
- 2 uova
- 50 g di granella di nocciole
- cioccolato bianco per guarnire

Ingredients
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of milk chocolate
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of flour
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 20 g of cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of hazelnut grain
- White chocolate (decoration)
Process
Melt the dark and milk chocolate with the butter at bain-marie . Sift the flour with the icing sugar and cocoa. Add the eggs and mix with the whisk. Once the chocolate is melted, add it to the flour mixture. Add the hazelnut grain and blend all (Since I don’t have hazelnut, I used some cheesecake base mixture).
Transfer the dough in a square pan and bake it at 180°C for 35’. Let it cool down then cut it out with a coffin shape sheet. Decorate with melted white chocolate. Successful trick!
